Rep. King On Obama: "Hitler Actually Negotiated With The Russians" Too
Today, Rep. Steve King (R-IA) took a break from making offensive comments about Hurricane Katrina victims and gay marriage in order to attack President Obama’s foreign policy. Speaking on the House floor, King criticized Obama’s decision to cancel Bush-era plans to deploy missile defense systems in the Czech Republic and Poland. King suggested that Obama’s attempt to “pacify the Russians” by canceling the program would compel an Israeli attack on Iran, before noting that “Hitler actually negotiated with the Russians” too.
USERNAME KNIFEFIGHT: Remember when we were watching CSPAN in Kalamazoo and we saw that guy build a wall live on TV out of cardboard, as he explained how the wall he wanted to build along the Mexican border would keep out Mexicans and totally fix illegal immigration? And it just happened to be in the middle of our discussion about whether or not there was more downright terrifying TV than daytime CSPAN coverage of guys entering crazy shit into the congressional record? This is the guy. He’s still a Congressman.
